I was really into the idea of making something custom, but the whole process ended up being more frustrating than I expected. The preview made it seem like the photo was lined up a certain way, but what I got didn’t really match that. I spent a bunch of time trying to position it correctly, so it was disappointing to have the print arrive darker than expected and a little off center. Customer support did respond, but I didn’t feel like they offered much help. It’s not terrible, but I definitely felt a bit misled and expected better for something personalized.

I was in a bit of a rush and had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service hoping it wouldn’t turn into a long thing. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without too much back and forth, which I appreciated. It did take one day longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m happy with the help.

The case fits my phone well and the buttons still press without any issues :) But the corners feel a little thin to me, so I’m not totally confident it would handle a really hard drop. It’s okay for everyday use, just doesn’t feel super protective!

I ordered a custom phone case and was excited for it, but the print wasn’t placed where I had lined it up in the preview. The name was also slightly off-center, which was frustrating since the personalization was the main reason I ordered it.

Shipping was fine and the actual case feels okay, but the accuracy of the custom design definitely needs some work. I reached out to support and it took a while to hear back, so I’m a little disappointed. Has anyone else had this happen with their order, or did I just get unlucky?

I ordered a custom case thinking it would look a certain way, but when it showed up, it really wasn’t what I had in mind. I figured I’d just return it, but the return instructions were all over the place and not clear at all.
I reached out to customer service, but they took forever to respond, and by the time they did, it felt like they were just looking for reasons not to help. They told me I couldn’t get a proper refund because it was personalized, which I understand to a point, but that should’ve been way more obvious before checkout. it just left me feeling like I wasted my money and couldn’t really trust support to make it right.

I ordered a custom case from GoCustomized, it turned out okay. The print looked nice at first glance, though it wasn’t super sharp or flawless or anything.
For what I paid, I was expecting it to feel a bit sturdier. It’s still usable for everyday stuff, but the material feels cheaper than I hoped, and some of the extra packaging felt kind of unnecessary.
Overall, it’s not a bad case, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing value either. It does the job, just without feeling like something I’d be excited to recommend.

I’m not sure if I expected too much, but the print came out looking kind of cheap and blurry. I was hoping it would be sharper, so I’m a bit disappointed with it.

I don’t know, I was kind of excited for this case because it looked really good online, but once I started using it, the print got scratched up way faster than I expected. The plastic also has that cheap feel to it, which is a little disappointing because the photos made it seem better quality.

I got it sooner than I thought, everything looked fine when it arrived. No real complaints from me
